Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  You should receive an email notification when your item ships. Most items will ship next day, all orders ship within 2 business days. If you have an account, you can click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Orders cannot be manually edited. Please contact us ASAP if you need assistance -

How do I track my order?
  Please refer to the "Order Shipped" email that was sent to you at time of shipping. Some orders may not be trackable. First Class International is not trackable, Priority mail international is only trackable to certain destinations. The USPS tracking site is not "to the minute", there may be some delay in updates being posted to it.
My order never arrived.
  Please be aware that shipping times can vary due to circumstances out of our control. We will make sure you get your items, all packages are insured. International customers, please allow adequate time for parcel in transit. Depending on shipping method chosen, times may vary greatly. International orders may be delayed by customs or other circumstances out of our control. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at

If your order is delayed, we must wait for the following times before we can file an insurance claim and reship your items:
US orders - 21 days
International orders (excluding Italy) - 45 days
Italy - 60 days.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Please refer to the invoice included with your package. If something was out of stock, we first will attempt to contact you by email. If we do not hear back from you, we will refund you before shipping your items, and make a note on your invoice. If nothing is noted as "out of stock",  please carefully check all packaging. Some items may be packed in bulk, rather than individually. If items are counted and checked, and something is missing- please contact us immediately upon receipt and inspection of order for help at
When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. We currently only backorder items if we have contacted you and you choose backorder over a refund. If an item is not currently in stock, it will be temporarily removed from the website. Most vintage items, once they are gone- they are gone for good! However sometimes we are able to re-stock certain vintage items as well.
